The challenge

Buying abroad is a big, nervous decision.

Most property sites on the coast look the same: crowded listings, stock photos and pushy forms. Buyers from the UK, Ireland and northern Europe want to understand the areas, the costs and the process before they talk to anyone. Solstead needed to earn that trust first, then turn it into enquiries.

Our approach

Quiet luxury, with the answers up front.

We built a minimal identity around a sun rising inside the O, with a cream and taupe palette and an elegant serif. The site leads with guidance rather than listings: area guides, a step-by-step buying process, a costs calculator and honest FAQs, with a simple enquiry form and email sign-up at every natural stopping point.

A feed that answers questions

Real photos of the coast, alternating with posts that answer what buyers actually ask: what it really costs, which area suits them and how long it takes. Every post points back to the guides and the calculator.
