What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, business name, where you are based, what you need help with, timing and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Emails and calls: whatever you choose to tell us.
• Cookies and analytics: analytics cookies only if you accept them. If you don’t, we receive only anonymous, cookie-free page-view signals. See our cookie policy.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Basis: steps you ask for before a contract.
• To deliver work if you become a client, including invoicing. Basis: the contract, and our legal obligations for accounts and tax.
• To send the newsletter. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with one click in any email.
• To understand how the site is used. Basis: your consent through the cookie banner for analytics cookies, and our legitimate interest for anonymous, cookie-free visit counts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t go ahead: up to 12 months. Client records: as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, usually six years. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We use a few trusted providers to run the business, such as our website host (Vercel), our contact form service (FormSubmit), email and CRM (Microsoft 365, HubSpot) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Meta. Some of them may process data outside the EU under the European Commission’s approved safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, object to or limit how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hola@soleracreative.com and we’ll reply within a month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
